Job Title: Janitor

Location: Executive Park area near the North Druid Hills, GA

Job Summary: The Janitor is responsible for ensuring the facility remains clean and sanitary. This position requires thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and other specified spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and floors.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in offices, hallways, and common areas.
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Empty and clean trash and recycling receptacles.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Dependability and punctuality.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 4:30: AM to 10:00 PM
• Full time & Part time avaible
